Rental Policies

Booking & Deposits

Private events are secured by placing a non-refundable deposit once availability is confirmed. Please note that all initial deposits are final and non-refundable.

Extended Sessions: For guests interested in booking multiple time slots or extended sessions, please proceed with your initial deposit. A studio coordinator will contact you promptly to finalize and confirm your custom schedule.

                        Security Deposit: A $200 refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. This is typically processed and refunded within 24 to 48 hours following your event, provided the space is returned in its original condition.
                    

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Deposits may be applied to a new date if the studio is notified at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event, subject to availability.

In the event of a pandemic or act of nature, events may be rescheduled within one year of the original booking date.

Extra Hours & Late Night Policy

Standard events concluding at 12:00 AM may book up to 1 to 2 hours of extra time (until 2:00 AM).
