Venue Booking Terms and Agreement

By booking our venue, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all the terms outlined below. We appreciate you taking the time to carefully review our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

A 50 percent non refundable deposit or retainer is required to reserve your event date and time. This deposit is non refundable under any circumstances and no exceptions will be made.

New Jersey sales tax of 6.625 percent applies to all venue bookings and will be added when the remaining balance is paid.

A refundable incidental deposit of 200 dollars will be added to your final invoice. This deposit will be returned within two days after your event, provided the venue is left clean, the event does not exceed the reserved time, no damages occur, and all venue rules are followed.

The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event date. For last minute bookings, full payment including the incidental deposit is required at the time of booking.

All contracts must be signed electronically for all services and bookings.

Event Cancellations and Rescheduling

If an event is cancelled thirty days or more before the scheduled date, the 50 percent deposit is forfeited. If cancellation occurs less than thirty days before the event, all venue fees will be due and no cash refunds will be issued.

A venue credit valid for up to one year will only be issued if the event cannot take place due to a New Jersey state mandated shutdown related to a pandemic or government order.

Requests to reschedule must be submitted to info@suite6twentysix.com at least thirty days before the event date. The new event date must take place within one year of the original booking. Only one reschedule is permitted per booking and pricing may be adjusted.

Venue Time and Usage

Our venue recommends a six hour rental, which includes setup, event time, and cleanup. Tables and chairs will be provided for your use.

Overtime is billed at 150 dollars per hour and is subject to availability. For events requiring extensive setup, we recommend our ten hour full day access package. Please contact us at 201 464 2144 or info@suite6twentysix.com for assistance.

Guest Conduct and Responsibility

We reserve the right to end any event if guest behavior becomes disruptive or violates venue policies. A staff member or security personnel may be assigned to your event for check ins and venue support.

A valid government issued ID is required for all bookings. The event host is responsible for all guests and vendors during the event.

Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a 50 dollar cleaning fee.

Alcohol, Safety, and Policies

Alcohol consumption is permitted only for guests aged twenty one and older. Beer and wine are allowed. Liquor requires a licensed and insured bartending company and event insurance.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside or around the venue. Open flames are prohibited except for food warming and event cake candles.

Pets are not allowed. Excessive noise is prohibited due to nearby residences. Guests may not remain on the premises after the event ends.

Suite6TwentySix reserves the right to use images and videos of event decor for promotional purposes.
