Enjoy a 30 min yoga and self care experience. With gentle movement, breath and meditation, we will:

– invite intuitive movement for freedom and self expression
Samantha Long is a yoga instructor (RYT 200) and Self Care Mentor & Coach with continued education in Trauma-Informed Yoga for Mental Health, Subtle Body, Ayurveda, Aerial Yoga and SUP Yoga. As a self care coach, her goal is to help women live more authentically and fulfilled by using self care as a tool box to promote alignment with the True Self. Samantha integrates mindset coaching, spiritual guidance, movement, meditation, and breathwork with a trauma informed approach into mentoring sessions, workshops, and classes for women who struggle with a lack of purpose, connection and self love. As a mother of two, Sam also has a specific focus on self care for moms as well as anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or addiction.
